We provide several end-user support services: through annual contract services, 8x5, e-mail support options, and per-incident support service. Our products, including the most popular SFX integrated business system, are being rigorously tested in our facilities. systematics-frios is one of the oldest Internet Presence Providers in Croatia. The list of our clients includes several important firms in Croatia and the neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina. Some of our employees are working as the content providers for About.com, the seventh largest Web property according to the MediaMatrix.

In order to ensure the best service quality for our users, our company is constantly investing in the expansion of hardware and software capacities. Our software products involve a variety of business and decision support products. In addition to the hosting services, our Web solutions include various Web shops, custom search agents and comparison shopping engines, and complex B2B and B2C solutions. Starting with the January, 2001, Systematics-Frios launched a new service - SFX@net - and thus became a first Application Service Provider in the country. We are using our SFX integrated business software package as the core of this new service, offering modular and extensive approach that utilizes several advanced technologies (text-to-speech, WAP, etc).
